Straight answers

Before you request a file.

Good data deals start with precise definitions. If your question is not here, include it in your coverage request.

Is this an opt-in lead list?

No. It is a firmographic business directory. A record does not indicate intent, consent, or permission to contact. Buyers are responsible for lawful use and all required suppression and consent checks.

What does one record represent?

A record represents a US business location and includes a business name, phone, state, and normalized industry in the core catalog. Address and website availability varies by segment.

How current is the catalog?

The current source history spans September 2025 through April 2026. Freshness and match testing can be added to a pilot, and the agreed test is documented before delivery.

Can I inspect the data before buying?

Yes. Qualified buyers can receive aggregate coverage counts, the field guide, and a masked preview. Raw records are released only after scope, use, and license terms are agreed.

Do you sell the entire master file?

No unrestricted master-file transfer is offered. Deliveries are buyer-specific, minimized to approved fields, screened against internal exclusions, and licensed for an agreed internal use.

What format will I receive?

Standard delivery is a UTF-8 CSV with a field dictionary and order summary. Larger or recurring deliveries can use another agreed secure transfer method.
